The hardware

The right monitor for every space.

Not every building needs the same level of monitoring. MoveAir connects carefully selected IAQ monitors to one dashboard, from simple, cost-effective options for classrooms and meeting rooms to advanced multi-parameter systems for WELL, RESET Air, LEED and BMS-integrated projects.

01 · Monitoring configurations

Extra detail, when a space needs it.

Not every indoor space needs the same measurements. MoveAir starts with the parameters that matter most, then adds more specialised monitoring where the building, location or project requires it.

Every selected configuration connects to the same MoveAir dashboard, giving you one clear view of indoor air quality across rooms, buildings and portfolios.

Core parameters

  • CO₂
  • PM2.5
  • PM10
  • TVOC
  • Temperature
  • Humidity

Comfort & ventilation

CO₂, temperature and humidity help show when rooms feel stuffy, uncomfortable or need more fresh air.

Particles

PM2.5 and PM10 monitoring helps track pollution from outdoor air, cooking, combustion, dust and everyday activity.

Gases & chemical pollutants

Depending on the project, monitoring can include formaldehyde, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, carbon monoxide and other relevant gases.

Wider indoor environment

Noise, light and pressure can be added where comfort, workplace experience or building performance require a broader picture.

02 · Specifications

The details, without the guesswork.

The exact specification depends on the space, project goals and selected monitoring configuration. MoveAir helps you choose the parameters, connectivity and installation options you actually need.

IAQ parametersConfigurations can include CO₂, PM2.5, PM10, TVOC, temperature, humidity and other indoor environmental measurements.
Additional measurementsDepending on the project, options may include particle counts, CO, NO₂, ozone, formaldehyde, noise, light and air pressure.
ConnectivityWi-Fi, Ethernet with PoE, BACnet, Modbus, MQTT and API connectivity are available depending on the selected monitor. Systems can operate independently or connect with an existing BMS.
PowerOptions can include USB-C, DC power, 24V AC, Power over Ethernet and battery-powered monitoring for selected applications.
InstallationDesk, wall, ceiling and duct-mounted configurations are available for different types of spaces and deployments.
Local displaySelected monitors can provide on-device readings, status lights or simple traffic-light indicators for occupants and staff.
SetupDevices are configured and connected to the MoveAir dashboard as part of the project rollout, with thresholds, rooms and user access set around your needs.
Standards supportAdvanced configurations are available for WELL, RESET Air, LEED and Fitwel projects, with equipment and data requirements selected around the relevant standard.
Data platformConnected readings appear in the EU-hosted MoveAir dashboard, where they can be viewed, analysed and exported for reporting and building decisions.

03 · The other half

The monitor collects the data. The platform makes it useful.

Every selected IAQ monitor connects to the MoveAir platform, where live data becomes clear insight your team can act on.

  1. 01 · DeployDesk, wall or duct. A monitoring setup configured around your space and project needs.
  2. 02 · ConnectWi-Fi, Ethernet, PoE, BACnet, Modbus or MQTT. Fast setup with minimal disruption.
  3. 03 · UnderstandReadings arrive in your dashboard and begin building a clearer picture of how your building performs.

04 · Questions

Questions, answered.

Does it work with our BMS?

Yes. Depending on the selected monitoring configuration, MoveAir can connect through BACnet, Modbus, MQTT or API. IAQ data can be shared with your existing BMS while remaining visible in the MoveAir dashboard.

Do we need the MoveAir platform to use the monitors?

Not always. Some monitors can operate independently or connect directly to an existing BMS. The MoveAir platform adds live dashboards, alerts, trends, reporting and one clear view across rooms, buildings and portfolios.

How do you choose the right monitoring setup?

We look at the type of space, the parameters you need, connectivity, reporting goals and budget. This may mean a simple, cost-effective setup for classrooms or an advanced configuration for certification and BMS-integrated projects.

How is measurement accuracy maintained?

This depends on the selected hardware and project requirements. MoveAir defines the appropriate setup, commissioning, calibration and verification approach, with additional requirements applied where certification standards call for them.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of spaces, parameters, connectivity and level of platform or project support required. You can begin with a single room or pilot before expanding across a building or portfolio.
