of our time is spent indoors
Between home, school, work and public spaces, indoor environments are where life happens. The air inside them deserves to be understood.
MoveAir brings live IAQ monitoring and clear insights into one EU-hosted dashboard, helping organisations create healthier classrooms, workplaces and buildings. From everyday comfort to WELL, RESET Air, LEED and Fitwel projects. AI-assisted analysis is next on the roadmap.
01 · Why air
We spend most of our lives indoors, breathing air we never see. It affects how we think, sleep and recover, and it can be engineered like any other part of a building.
Between home, school, work and public spaces, indoor environments are where life happens. The air inside them deserves to be understood.
Indoor spaces can hold higher levels of fine particles, VOCs and other pollutants than outdoor air, often without anyone noticing.
In a Harvard field study of ten office buildings, workers in green-certified, healthier indoor environments scored 26% higher on cognitive tests.
“Clean air isn't a privilege – it's a basic human right.”
The MoveAir mission
02 · The platform
MoveAir brings data from every connected IAQ monitor into one live dashboard, helping you see what is happening across your indoor spaces, track changes as they happen, and export data for reporting, certification and better decisions.
03 · What we measure
MoveAir tracks the key signals that shape indoor air quality, comfort and building performance, from CO₂ and fine particles to TVOC, temperature, humidity and other environmental conditions. Live readings from connected IAQ monitors help you understand what is happening inside your spaces and compare conditions with relevant WELL, RESET Air, LEED and WHO guidance where applicable.
04 · The index
The Index turns live IAQ readings into one clear score, so anyone can understand the condition of a room at a glance, from good indoor air to spaces that need attention.
Clean air. No action needed.
| Range | Category | What it means indoors |

Computed by the platform from PM2.5, PM10 and CO₂. The worst pollutant drives the score.
05 · The hardware
MoveAir works with carefully selected IAQ monitors that connect directly to the platform, from advanced configurations for WELL, RESET Air and LEED projects to simpler, cost-effective options for schools, classrooms and everyday indoor spaces.
We do not force one device into every building. We help you choose the right level of monitoring for your goals, budget and reporting needs.
For projects that require more detailed IAQ data, MoveAir can support advanced monitor configurations suitable for healthy building standards such as WELL, RESET Air and LEED.
For schools, classrooms, meeting rooms and smaller spaces, MoveAir can provide simpler monitoring options that focus on practical visibility, easy deployment and lower cost.
Selected monitors can support different installation needs, including desk, wall or duct mounting, with options for Wi-Fi, Ethernet, PoE, Modbus, BACnet and other connectivity depending on the project.
Depending on the monitor and configuration, MoveAir can track key indoor air quality parameters such as CO₂, PM2.5, PM10, TVOC, temperature, humidity, CO, NOx and formaldehyde.
06 · What we do
MoveAir does more than show air quality data. We help organisations choose the right monitoring approach, deploy it properly and turn IAQ insights into practical action, from everyday indoor comfort to certification-ready projects.
We help organisations use IAQ data for WELL, RESET Air, LEED, Fitwel and ESG reporting, from monitoring strategy and sensor placement to clear reports that support certification, sustainability goals and everyday building decisions.
MoveAir helps you understand how your indoor spaces perform today, then recommends practical ways to improve air quality, comfort and visibility across classrooms, offices and entire buildings.
MoveAir helps you select, deploy and connect the right IAQ monitoring setup for your building, from simple, cost-effective monitors to advanced systems for certification, reporting and BMS integration.
07 · Where we work
Every space is used differently. A classroom, meeting room, home office and industrial area each need a different approach to monitoring, but the goal is the same: clearer air quality data, better decisions and healthier indoor environments.
08 · How it works
MoveAir takes you from choosing the right monitoring setup to understanding the results and making practical improvements, whether you are monitoring one classroom, an entire building or a portfolio of properties.
We start with your spaces, goals and monitoring needs, then define the right parameters, equipment and sensor locations for your project.
What you get: a clear monitoring plan and recommended sensor placementYour selected IAQ monitors are deployed and connected to the MoveAir platform, with dashboards, thresholds and access configured for your team.
What you get: live IAQ data in one EU-hosted dashboardAs the data builds, MoveAir helps you identify recurring patterns, spaces that need attention and the conditions affecting air quality and comfort. Where relevant, results can be compared with WELL, RESET Air, LEED and WHO guidance.
What you get: clear insights and a prioritised action planUse the data to make practical improvements, track their impact and support reporting or certification. Ongoing monitoring helps you see whether conditions stay on track.
What you get: practical recommendations, continued visibility and reporting adapted to your goals09 · Standards
MoveAir supports WELL, RESET Air, LEED and Fitwel projects, alongside buildings that simply need reliable IAQ monitoring, analysis and reporting. Specialists can guide certification projects from early planning to final submission when required. For projects without certification goals, we apply recognised IAQ best practices to help create healthier and better-performing indoor spaces.
A global healthy building standard focused on how indoor environments affect people, including air quality, ventilation, thermal comfort and wellbeing.
How we help: IAQ monitoring strategy, sensor placement, data analysis, reporting and guidance through relevant WELL requirements.
A performance-based standard centred on continuous indoor air quality monitoring and reliable, long-term data.
How we help: monitoring strategy, suitable equipment selection, platform setup, data analysis and support throughout the RESET Air process.
A widely recognised green building certification covering sustainability, energy performance and indoor environmental quality.

“Healthier air wherever people learn, work and live.”
10 · Questions
MoveAir can monitor CO₂, PM2.5, PM10, TVOCs, temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters. The exact configuration depends on the space, your objectives and whether the project requires everyday monitoring, certification support or more advanced building integration.
Not always. A school or small office may only need a simple, cost-effective setup focused on CO₂, particles and comfort. More complex buildings and certification projects may require additional parameters, integrations and reporting. We help you choose the right level of monitoring without adding unnecessary complexity.
We select the monitoring configuration around the needs of each project. Options range from simple monitors for classrooms and everyday spaces to advanced systems suitable for WELL, RESET Air, LEED and BMS-integrated projects. All selected monitors connect to the MoveAir dashboard.
Once the monitors are connected, readings begin appearing in the dashboard straight away. The time needed for full deployment depends on the number of rooms, buildings and integrations involved, but useful visibility starts from day one.
Usually not. MoveAir can operate as a standalone monitoring system or connect with existing building systems where useful. BACnet, Modbus, MQTT and API integrations can support wider HVAC, automation and smart building strategies.
Yes. MoveAir supports WELL, RESET Air, LEED and Fitwel projects with monitoring strategy, sensor placement, IAQ analysis and reporting. When full certification guidance is required, specialists across all four standards can support the project from early planning through to final submission.
You do. Data is hosted in the EU and can be viewed and exported through the MoveAir platform. We do not sell your building or air quality data.
AI-assisted analysis is the next layer on the MoveAir roadmap. It is being developed to help users ask questions about their IAQ data in plain language, identify patterns and prepare clearer explanations, charts and draft reports.
Yes. The same platform can support a single classroom or office, an entire building or a portfolio of properties. The monitoring setup and reporting are adapted to the scale and goals of the project.
Yes. MoveAir supports projects across the globe, from major cities to remote locations. Monitoring and analysis can be managed remotely, with local installation teams and trusted partners involved where needed.
Whether you are monitoring one classroom, an office, an entire building or a global portfolio, we will help you define the right setup and show you how MoveAir turns IAQ data into better decisions.
